bookmarks often change when I don't want them to:(

Often, a random site (something I've only opened once or twice), is spontaneously added to my bookmark bar. I love your extension, but this problem has really been getting on my nerves as bookmarks I DO NOT WANT are being added to my bar. Please fix this!
