Team Member Portfolio Pages

It would be SUPER AWESOME if each Team Member added to Teams could create their very own Portfolio and share their works. Each Team Member that creates a Portfolio would have their own Page they could use any available Themes on. Several Widgets would need to be added for this such as Photo Gallery (not just Photos of Works but also a Spot for Description & Place for Live Demo Link), Custom Links, About Me Widget, Member Photo Widget, Member Icon/Logo Widget, FavIcon Widget and any other Widgets that would be needed for a Portfolio. Also, it should be up to Admins what each Team has access to and Admins to Approve or Deny Portfolio Pages with Notes Section whether Approved or Denied.. Ths would also require allowing the Team Member to create a Custom URL on the Extension for their Portfolio. The first part of the URL would be the Team URL and the end would be Portfolio/MemberPortfolioName. I understand this would take work and time but be great.
