Reset my layout

I had to close Chrome through Task Manager and after I opened it again and opened a New Tab, it made me choose a theme and reset my layout to a default one.

I didn't do anything, I shut down my computer yesterday as usual and turned it on again today to get ready for work, but when I opened my chrome, I saw that it had reset and asked me to choose a new theme, and all the notes and calendar reminders I had recorded were gone... Please fix it. This is too unsafe to use, as all our recorded notes and reminders can just disappear like this...
