Settings for Countup is displaying for Countdown

After adding the Countup widget, then selecting Settings, the pop-up window is the exact same as the one for Countdown (asks you to enter a date, hour, and minute - no seconds).

Also, can there *please* be a quick way to restart this "stopwatch"? Either by refreshing the entire tab in your browser or (ideally) having a "reset" button on the Countup timer itself?
