Add a Pomodoro Timer widget

Add a widget to add a Pomodoro timer as a progress circle. Allow the ability to start, pause, and stop the timer from the tab. Add settings to 1) set the focus and reset length, 2) number of Pomodoros to complete before the rest period, 3) autoplay - automatically start the next time period
