import bookmarks to display as individual links

rather than having the ability to add a redundant bookmarks bar, it would be great if there were the possibility to import bookmarks (either from the browser or uploading a csv file) and have them appear as individual links, much like the current ability to add a single link via the navigation --> link functionality.
