Be able to drag items from one todo list to diff 1

Sometimes I want to see what I've gotten done but not have it clutter up my current to do list. Or I may have a to do item which has changed priority. I would love to be able to just drag any to do from one list to a different list so I don't have to type up a new to do, delete the old, etc.
