quotes no longer refresh every new tab

quotes widget used to show me a new one every new tab i open. it stopped doing this a little while ago. not sure what happened here

I've changed the default behavior and added some buttons for the pinning quote or skipping.
For some users, it was annoying to have every tab new quote.
If there will be more votes, I'll add settings window to change the period)
